The Private Prosecutors’ Association (PPA) is concerned about any miscarriage of justice, and no one can fail to be moved by the impact of what happened to many innocent sub-postmasters.
The PPA anticipates engaging fully with any consultation process that may in due course be announced regarding any proposed reforms to the conduct of private prosecutions. We strive to promote best practice in this area, and we encourage all those undertaking private prosecutions to follow and adhere to our PPA Code for Private Prosecutors, which is publicly available to all on our website.
